People fall into their professions for all sorts of reasons. For some it’s a love of the job, for others it’s about the bottom line.

For Constance, Founder of “The Journey To Success”, becoming a Certified Coach/Trainer, was about forgiveness, personal growth, and spirituality. Her passion for helping others to harness positive change in their lives came after learning to find it on her own.

Growing up in a demeaning, unsupportive environment, Constance often questioned her own self-worth in the face of cultural, financial, and familial unrest. In the face of her life’s challenges, Constance often found herself contemplating the true purpose of life. In her search, she found her new found faith and a mentor that not only believed in her but also started the catalyst of leadership development in her. This personal growth spurred Constance to step outside of her comfort zone, relocate to Canada, and finally escape the self-doubt that had plagued her for so long.

Though her work experience has been in Accounting, Admin and Customer Service, once again in stepping out of her comfort zone, she purchased a Cafe and started her journey of entrepreneurship after reading, “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.

Fast forward a few years, and careers later, and Constance once again found herself asking those same life questions. This time those answers were found through soul searching and reflecting.

She realized that empowering others to become who they truly are and live their life purpose was her true passion and her new life path as a certified coach was born.  Her life experience, lessons, and training have prepared her for this journey and she is finally doing what she loves.

Today, Constance is a co-author of The Female Leader. She is a trusted coach in the coaching field and an experienced mastermind group facilitator.

Constance cites numerous influences and mentors such as John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Marcia Wieder, Earl Nightingale, Jim Rohn, Denis Waitley, Chris and Janet Attwood, etc., to name a few, that have further changed her life and overall mindset.

She believes strongly that we are all created to have a special place on earth and are given special talents and gifts to better the lives of others. It is in finding that meaning that one can live life to his or her full potential and find satisfaction in life. Her personal and conversational style sets people at ease. Her approach is non-judgmental, non-threatening, and appeals to a variety of individuals seeking deeper meaning in their lives.
